HOME BUYING

Flourish Realty will set you up with MLS searches that give you the most accurate and up to date information, and when you are ready to look in earnest, new listings can be sent to you as soon as they are listed. There are other ways to find a place these days, too, and we will leave no stone unturned. When the time comes to make an offer, we will negotiate the best deal possible for you. As licensed and experienced agents, we use the correct paperwork, and make certain all the prudent protections are in place for you.

HOME INSPECTIONS AND DUE DILLIGENCE

Inspection day is one of the most important days for buyers (and ultimately sellers). Our broker is a former home inspector himself, and we take the Home Inspection period very seriously. You will select and hire a home inspector, but we know how to evaluate their recommendations, and translate that into what needs to be asked of the sellers (or how to respond to buyers' requests when we represent the seller). With further EcoBroker and Realtor training, we are also able to evaluate if your property is in a potentially toxic Superfund Site, if proper permits were pulled when any renovations were completed on the house, and we can discuss nasty items that many Realtors shy away from: Radon, Mold, Lead Paint, Water Quality, and the list goes on. This is a very short and intense period of time, and you and your family's health and wellbeing is held in the balance. INVESTING/RENTING

The office manger at Flourish Realty is a tax consultant and financial guru. You will have access to his advice and mentorship. Then we can help you find the best investment properties for you, and when the time is right, we can even manage the rentals for you, too.
